摘要
分别从微格教学前、微格教学过程中及微格教学后的评价与反馈等方面阐述了如何发挥指导教师的主导作用及具体的指导方法。
The author of this article expounds how to give full play to teacher's guiding function and the way of instruction in the microcosmic teaching from respectively its preparation, process and the evaluation and feedback afterwards.
