Reflections on the Reform and Development of High Education In China ——Something about the Basic Role of Education in Improving the Governing Ability of the Communist Party of China

就当前高等教育中发展知识分子党员、全面实施素质教育、落实科学发展观等问题作了思考分析,并就这些问题在提高党的执政能力方面的基础作用作了初步阐述。

This article considers and analyses the following aspects of high education in China: the recruitment of new intellectual party members, the overall practice of quality-oriented education, and the implementation of scientific development standpoint. Furthermore, a tentative exposition is made of their basic roles in improving the governing ability of the Communist Party of China.
