Improvent of idenitification method of thin-layer chromatography for senecio scandens in qinanbobiyan tablet

目的改进千柏鼻炎片中千里光的薄层鉴别方法,以提高鉴别的灵敏度。方法减少10倍取样量,改进层析条件和显色剂。结果所得薄层色谱分离效果好,显色清晰,供试品的薄层色谱与千里光对照药材相一致,而阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法具有可行性,专属性强,节省对照药材与样品,可用于修改标准时参考。

Objective To improve a TLC method for identification of Scenecio Scandens Buch in QianBoBiYan Tablet to enhance its sensitivity. Methods We improved the condition of chromatography and color-developing agent, and somple quantity was reduced 10-fold. Results The TLC had fine separability and distinct coloration. Comparing the relevant thin-lay spots between the samples and controls showed no difference, and the negative control test had no interference. Conclusions The method was practicable and specified and could save both samples and controls. It can be used for a reference in revising standard.
