摘要
目的建立肌苷注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法参照《中国药典》2000年版二部附录细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。结果肌苷注射液在稀释至1.0mg/ml时可完全排除干扰作用。结论以细菌内毒素检查法替代热原检查法控制肌苷注射液的质量是可行的。
Objective To establish a method for testing the bacterial endotoxin in inosine injection. Methods The experiment was conducted according to the request of endotoxin insqection method collected in China Pharmacopeia 2000, Second section. Result 1.0mg/ml solution of inosine injection did not interfere with the bacterial endotoxin test. Conclusion The method can be used for testing bacterial endotoxin of inosine injection.
