摘要
在教育实践中,教书与育人存在着脱节的现象,这是教书育人目的的一种实践缺失。学校和教师必须努力改变这种现象。学校方面:一是思想教育定位的匡正;二是育人模式的矫正;三是管理考核机制的反正。教师方面:一是教师职能定位的校正;二是教师角色形象的端正。
In the practice of education, there exists a phenomenon that imparting knowledge separates from educating people. This is a kind of practical absence of teaching aims. Schools and teachers must try to remove this phenomenon. On the part of schools, three things must be done: the first is the determination of ideological education orientation; the second is establishment of the mode of educating people; the third is the correction of management check-up system. On the part of teachers, two must be done: the first is the rectification of teachers’function orientation; the second is the correction of teachers’roles.
