避色化疗的临床观察与应用

Clinical Observation and Application of Covering the Color of Medicine in Chemistry Therapy

目的 探讨避色输液对减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗副作用和患者心理负担的作用。 方法 对 1 2 0例静脉注射有色化疗药物的患者进行随机分组 ,实验组 70例 ,用全程避色输液 ;对照组 50例 ,采用常规输液方法 ,不使用任何避色措施。对 2组病例进行副作用的观察、比较。 结果 实验组患者的副作用和心理负担明显低于对照组。 结论 对有色化疗患者使用避色输液 ,可减轻患者的心理负担和化疗副作用 ,有利于提高治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of using material to cover the color of medicine in chemistry therapy. Method Divided 120 patients who suffered tumor and received colorful medicine by intravenous injection into two groups randomly. Experimental group (70 cases) used material to cover the color of medicine in chemistry therapy. Control group(50 cases) received normal intravenous injection without covering the color of medicine .Observed and compared the side-effect of chemistry therapy of two groups. Result The side-effects of chemistry therapy and mental stress of patients in experimental group were less than those of patients in control group. Conclusion Using material to cover the color of medicine in chemistry therapy can reduce patient's mental stress and side-effects and improve patient's compliance.
