Upholding Scientific Development Concept, Innovating Trade Union Work

高校工会要适应新形势、展现新作为,就要以科学发展观指导工作:一是谋划新思路,更好地融入中心、服务大局;二是要在发展和谐劳动关系中创造业绩,培育和谐精神;三是要在工会自身建设上彰显新特色,着力解决制约工会工作发展的突出问题。

The trade union of colleges and universities should carry out work under the guidance of scientific development concept to adapt to new situation and obtain new achievement.First it should have new ideas,focus on the central task and serve the overall situation.Second it should make efforts to develope harmonious labour relations and foster harmonious spirit.Third it should innovate the trade union work and try to resolve the main problems in the development of trade union.
