摘要
环境保护投资是表征一个国家环境保护力度的重要指标,在建立环保投资优先增长模型的基础上,通过对环保投资优先增长所得收益与环保投资一般增长所得收益的比较分析,得出:环保投资优先增长更利于治理环境污染,是解决我国环境问题的重要环节;并对环保投资优先增长策略的可行性进行了分析,给出了相关的政策建议。
