摘要
虽然我国农村宽带网络建设有许多制约因素,但加强宽带建设仍然是必要的。为此特提出以下建议:加快制定专项规划,加大政府资金扶持力度,大力开展网络培训和培育"三农"综合信息服务业。
It is still necessary to strengthen the construction on broadband network in China s rural areas though there exist many restriction factors.Therefore,the paper suggests that local governments should formulate special planning,provide more fund to support the construction,carry out training on network and construct a comprehensive information service system to provide information related to the country,agriculture and farmers.
