基于IS-LM-BP分析的中美经济刺激计划之对比研究

A Comparative Study of the Sino-US Economic Stimulus Plan Based on the IS-LM-BP Analysis

为解决始于2008年末国际金融危机所带来的经济萧条,中美两国先后出台了各自的经济刺激计划。本文利用IS-LM模型深入、详细地分析了经济刺激计划对两国所带来的经济影响,并从扩张性财政政策和膨胀性货币政策配套使用的角度重点探讨了开放经济条件下经济刺激计划所产生的政策预期目标———在这次经济刺激计划积极作用下,中国会日益加大边际进口倾向、提高国民边际消费倾向,逐步建立一个消费主导型经济社会;美国将改变生活方式,减少进口,国民降低边际消费倾向,形成适当比例的国内储蓄,逐步恢复国内经济。

In order to address the economic recession which the international financial crisis began in late 2008 brought about;China and the United States have introduced their own economic stimulus plan.In this paper,the use of IS-LM model analyses the economic impact on the two countries brought about by the economic stimulus plan in depth and detail,and focuses on the policy objectives brought about by the economic stimulus plan under the conditions of an open economy from the perspective of the supporting use of ...
