On the System of Securities Information Disclosure—In the Perspective of Insider Trading

证券信息披露制度的构建和优化应当做到坚持原则与创新内容相结合、经济性信息与非经济性信息相结合、加强管理与保护权益相结合及传统手段与现代技术相结合。完善我国的证券信息披露制度应从增设证券信息披露监管委员会以完善证券信息披露监管体系,健全证券信息披露法律制度,强化持续性信息披露三方面入手。
