摘要 本文介绍了西林钢铁集团公司第二炼钢厂为降低冶炼低合金钢铁合金的消耗,所采取的提C降Mn冶炼工艺。实践证明,在不影响低合金钢机械性能的前提下,采用提C降Mn冶炼工艺是可行的,可大幅度降低铁合金消耗。 The essay introduces the process of increasing the content of element of carbon and reducing manganese,which the technics are for the purpose of reducing the consume of using the ferroalloy to melt low alloy steel.The process are adopted by the Second Steel Plant of Xilin Iron and Steel Group Corporation.Practice has proved that it is feasible to adopt these process under the premise that they have no impact on the mechanical properties of low alloy steel.It can enormously reduce the cost of ferroalloy.
