摘要
西钢4号高炉采用陶瓷杯炉缸、卡鲁金顶燃式热风炉、串罐无料钟炉顶、矩型出铁场、炉前液压矮泥炮、液压开口机、嘉恒法炉渣粒化处理等新技术、新设备。通过科学精心的开炉准备和制定合理的开炉方案,在6天内,高炉利用系数达到2.0t/m3.d,开炉取得很好的效果。
