西北地区主体功能区划方法研究——以宁夏为例

Study on the Main Function Division of Northwest Area——A case study in Ningxia

主体功能区划是落实科学发展观,促进区域协调发展的重大举措.以西北地区区域共性及与其他地区的差异性为切入点,基于主体功能区划原则及理念,根据资源环境特点及问题,提出了西北地区的划分方法,即以所建立的评价指标体系为基础,采用定性与定量相结合的划分方法,结合区域的战略选择可确定出最终划分方案,并以宁夏为例进行了实证研究.得出:①以区域的视角划分西北地区的主体功能区是其资源环境现状及所面临生态问题的内在要求;②采用主导因素及主成分分析所得出的结果可相互修正,以期较符合区域当前发展状况.
