基于生态系统服务价值核算的土地利用规划评估——以宁夏隆德县为例

Evaluation of Land Use Program Based on the Statistical Analysis of Ecosystem Services Value——Taking Longde County in NingXia as A Case

将生态系统服务价值指标应用于土地利用规划,从生态系统服务的角度对土地利用规划进行评估.以宁夏隆德县为例,计算了该县1996,2005,2010,2015和2020年土地生态系统服务价值,通过对生态系统服务价值总量、各地类生态系统服务价值量、生态系统服务价值贡献率进行了分析,认为其土地利用规划基本是合理的,符合隆德县"生态立县"的发展目标,并与1996—2005年规划有紧密的衔接性,但存在牧草地生态系统服务价值贡献率偏小的问题,应予以调整.
