城乡统筹背景下城镇化推进与新农村建设的协调

The coordination between urbanization promotion and new rural construction in the context of urban and rural integration

建立城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局,实现城乡统筹,一方面要大力推进城镇化,继续加快转移农村剩余劳动力,另一方面要建设社会主义新农村,逐步改变农村落后面貌。这两个方面相辅相成,不可或缺。通过分析城镇化推进和新农村建设的若干问题,认为城乡统筹背景下城镇化与新农村建设应两端推进,建立产业、空间、就业、帮扶机制,促进城乡经济社会协调发展。
