运用试卷分析加强医学微生物学题库建设的初探

Enhancement of establishing by test paper bank for medical microbiology test paper analysis

为了评估自建医学微生物学题库质量,运用现代考试分析方法对本校2006级临床医学专业医学微生物学考试成绩进行分析,结果表明题库试卷组成和信度均较好,建立了初步的题库质量评估体系,为改进教学质量和完善题库提供了参考。

In order to evaluate the quality of test paper bank of medical microbiology established by ourselves,the exam scores of medical microbiology of grade 2006 clinical medicine colleges were analyzed.The data showed that the test paper bank had proper composition and good reliability.The elementary assessment system of test paper bank quality were establised.The results provided valuable information for improving the quality of teaching and test paper bank.
