摘要
应用RBI技术对某石化公司延迟焦化装置进行了风险评估。根据评估结果,对该装置静设备和管道进行了风险排序识别出主要损伤机理,对风险排序靠前的设备(重点对分馏塔的腐蚀和焦炭塔的寿命)和管道提出了降低风险的措施和设备管理建议。
This article applies RBI technology to perform risk assessment of the delayed coking unit of some Petrochemical Enterprise.Main damage mechanism is distinguished by risk sequence based on the result of risk assessment of static equipment and the pipeline in this unit,and risk reduction measures and equipment management suggestion are made on the equipment and pipe with risk precedence,(distillation corrosion and coking drum life is in focus).
