摘要
针对天津石化化工部精对苯二甲酸(PTA)定量包装秤性能不稳定、产生误差(70%超标)的问题,就提高包装秤实时测量精度,探讨包装秤测控系统的设计方法,着重阐述了系统的设计方案。利用该方案实现了对包装秤进行连续监控,保证定量包装秤安全、准确运行。信号调理设备采用美国国家仪器公司(National instruments)的数据采集与提出提高产品出厂计量准确性的具体措施。精对苯二甲酸定量包装秤系统改造后,测量98000包/t精度达到了0.1%,大大减少了误差,包装速度比以前加快10%,满足了装置生产的需要。
