介绍了聚丙烯多区循环反应器框架的设计方法。通过450 kt/a聚丙烯装置多区聚合及干燥单元的工程实例详细介绍了多区反应器框架的设计。针对多区循环反应器的工作状态,分析振动条件,计算自振频率,并采取相应的防振措施。
The design method for steel structure of PP multi-zone reactor is introduced.The steel structure design and anti-vibration measures taken for the multi-zone reactor and dryers of 450kt/a PP project are introduces in detail.
