浅谈ERP环境下财务管理工作的变化

实施了以财务为核心的SAP系统后,财务管理工作从内容和流程上发生了变化,主要体现在会计科目体系的设置、与业务模块集成的财务日常和月末结账期间工作内容,预算控制流程和对业务的监控流程等。这些变化减轻了财务人员的工作强度,同时对财务人员也提出了更高的要求。

In SAP system,the scope of work and workflow of financial management is changed,including account system,daily and period-closing financial work integrated with other departments,budget control workflow and business process monitoring workflow.These changes reduce the labor intensity of financial staff,but also raise higher requirements for them.
