探讨了近自然和价值化经营的基本含义和理论基础,提出了其基本原则、技术体系以及计划和管理制度,最后介绍了哈尔滨市实施森林近自然和价值化经营的初步效果和影响。
On the basis of discussions on concept and theoretical foundation of forest close-to-nature and value-oriented management,basic principles,technology system,planning and administration system were put forward,and initial effects of forest close-to-nature and value-oriented management in Harbin were introduced.
