Dronedarone for the treatment of atrial fibrillation

摘要 决奈达隆在结构上与胺碘酮相似,但不含碘,因此潜在的不良反应较小。临床前和临床研究显示其应用前景良好。本文对决奈达隆作用机制及临床研究的进展作一综述。 Dronedarone is a new agent similar to amiodarone,but it has less toxicity,and shows some promise and certain advantages in pre-clinical experiments and clinical trials.This paper reviews the progress of its research and clinical use briefly.
