摘要
微卫星分子标记由于其具有高度的多态性,在基因组中含量丰富且随机分布,共显性遗传,重复性好等特点,已成为目前最受欢迎的分子标记之一,并在许多研究领域中被广泛地应用。本文主要在微卫星分子标记的发展简史,微卫星形成机理及其功能,微卫星分子标记技术的基本原理,,以及在水产动物研究中的应用等方面进行了综述。
Microsatellite DNA has been among the most popular molecular markers due to its hyper-variable,high abundance and random distribution in the genome,and co-dominant nature,and good reproducibility;and it also has been widely used in lots of research area.In this article,we review the developing history of microsatellite markers,its formation and function,and the fundamental principles of microsatellite molecule marker technology as well as its application in the study of aquatic animal.
