Evaluation of flood control operation program based on extenics theory and its application

基于物元分析及可拓集合中的关联函数,建立了防洪系统可行调度方案综合评判的物元模型。根据防洪系统的实际情况,选取典型评价指标,构建物元矩阵,用息熵方法确定各指标的权重系数,用"距离"的概念量化评价指标和评价标准之间的关联程度,最大限度地利用可行调度方案和专家经验,充分体现决策人员对调度方案的满意程度。通过实例研究,验证了本方法的合理性和有效性。
