基于属性测度-联系数的节水型生态城市的健康评价

Health assessment for water-saving ecological cities based on the method of attribute measure-connection number

在分析节水型生态城市内涵的基础上提出节水型生态城市健康评价指标体系,并通过空间差异系数计算和指标相关分析对该指标体系进行了优化。随后应用集对分析理论和指标值属性测度,引入同异反联系度计算式,并结合熵值赋权法,建立了节水型生态城市的健康评价模型。该模型可用于分析、评价城市及其子系统的健康状况,进而分析影响其健康的原因和限制因素,最后以南京市为例,对其2006年的健康状况进行了评价。计算结果表明,当年城市总体发展较好,处于一般健康状态,其主要限制因素是水资源经济指标和投入规划指标。与2003—2005年的城市健康状况进行比较,优劣顺序为2006、2005、2004、2003年。

The connotation of the water-saving ecological city was elucidated,based on which,the health evaluation index system for water-saving ecological cities was also supplied and optimized through space difference coefficient and index correlation analysis.
