内外合治中西医结合治疗白塞氏综合征

Internal and external treatment,combined traditional chinese and western medicine treatment on behcet's disease

目的对白塞病临床资料进行分析,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析十年内在本院就诊的15例白塞病患者的临床资料。结果本组资料中,临床表现以复发性口腔溃疡为主要症状,其次为结节性红斑、外生殖器溃疡、眼炎等。以本文方法治疗后,痊愈11例(73.3%),显效2例(20.0%),有效1例(6.7%)。复发1例(6.7%)。有效率为93.3%。结论反复发作的口腔溃疡,针刺反应阳性为主要诊断依据。治疗应根据病人受累部位及病变严重程度选择药物。

Objective: To analyze clinical data of Behcet s syndrome and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Analyzed 15cases Behcet s desease in my hospital during the past ten years retrospectively.Results:In this set of data,the main symptoms are recurrent oral ulcer,secondly,erythema nodosum,genital ulcer,ophthalmia etc.After treatment with this method,11 cases were cured(73.3 %),2 excellence(20.0 %),1 effective(6.7 %),1 recurrence(6.7 %).The effective rate was 93.3 %.Conclusion:Recurreen...
