摘要
起源于中国的铜镜传入日本后,成为太阳神祭祀时的道具,并最终转变为日本皇室祖神天照大神——太阳神的神体象征,被广泛用于国家祭祀和加强皇权的政治活动中。在对外战争期间,铜镜被利用为国家神道的祭祀道具。通过对"国魂命"铜镜的考察,可以清晰地看到从生活用品发展为象征皇权、神道的祭祀用品的铜镜,在国家神道的皇权思想之下,成为鼓动民众为战争献身、为侵略扩张造势的工具,完全背离了其原有的意义。
