摘要
1Cr5Mo马氏体耐热钢具有良好的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性和组织稳定性,广泛应用于高温硫腐蚀、高温氢和硫化氢腐蚀环境。但钢中过高的N会降低钢的耐蚀性和韧性。通过控制氮在钢液和气相间的传质可使氮含量控制在75 ppm以内。
1Cr5Mo martensitic heat - resistant steel which has good anti - oxidation,corrosion resistance,structure stability, is widely applied in high - temperature,sulfur corrosive,hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide corrosive environments.But,a higher content of N in the steel would reduce the corrosion resistance and the toughness.Nitrogen content could be controlled under 75ppm by controlling the mass transfer of nitrogen between the liquid steel and gas phase.
