摘要
发生过冷沸腾是产生锅炉受热面管变形、爆管等水循环故障的根本原因。改变了SZW4.2-0.7-95/70-AⅡ型热水锅炉的进水方式,使得水冷壁内水的流速尽量达到或接近安全流速,使目前频繁爆管的现象有所改观或彻底杜绝。
Cold boiling is a major cause for water circulation failure in hot water boiler such as tube deformation and tube burst in boiler’s heating surface. Change the water inlet methods in SZW4.2-0.7-95/70-A Ⅱ-type hot water boiler by increasing the velocity of water to or near the safe speed will eliminate the failures.
