亮镍层的脆性故障是常见的且日益突显的问题。镀层内应力过大及有机杂质积累过多是两大主要原因。正确采用并补加添加剂不容忽视。对镀液轻易大处理害多利少。吸附有机杂质时对活性炭的选择尤应引起高度重视。
The brittlenss of bright nickel-platng are common and outstanding problems day by day.Main reasons are unduly big internal stress of plating and unduly more organic impourity.Correct use and complement additives should not overlook.Lightly greatly treatment is the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.The choice of active carbon should attach high in treatment organic impurity.
