摘要
上海戏剧协社之所以能成为中国现代话剧史上影响最大的爱美剧社团,为中国现代话剧建设作出巨大贡献,其中的原因是多方面的,组织与管理的现代化即是其中之一。上海戏剧协社的成立和运转都是建立在各种规章制度的基础之上。在现代戏剧艺术的旗帜下,戏剧协社的社员们发扬集体主义精神,科学分工,财务公开,民主决策,在洪深和应云卫等人的带领下,团结一致,共举行了16次公演,使话剧这种外来艺术形式开始立足于中国戏剧舞台。
