影响因子是国际上通行的、定量评价期刊学术影响力的主要指标,但由于不同学科的期刊具有不同的半衰期和文献利用规律,直接将影响因子用于不同学科期刊的比较有失公允;为此研究者提出相对影响因子的概念,认为是较合理和可比性强的期刊评价指标。通过对相对影响因子概念的引申,以《西安文理学院学报》(自然科学版)为分析对象,探讨了相对影响因子在高校学报评价中的应用。
