利用阻生智齿改善义齿固位的正畸治疗

Orthodotic Treatment of Wisdom Tooth to Improve the Retention of Lower Denture

目的:探讨通过正畸的方法牵引阻生的智齿,增强义齿的固位力.方法:通过手术暴露下颌阻生齿,在阻生齿上粘贴正畸附件,利用微螺钉种植体正畸力牵引阻生齿到合适的位置,把固位力不足的游离端义齿修复,转变为固定义齿修复或是双端均有基牙的可摘义齿修复.结果:通过5例利用正畸的方法牵引阻生的智齿到适合的位置后,进行固定义齿修复或可摘义齿修复,经过2～3年的临床观察,义齿固位良好,治疗效果满意.结论:利用正畸的方法牵引阻生的智齿,使无用的阻生齿成为有用的基牙,显著改善了义齿的固位力,取得满意的临床效果.
