Application of Acid Dried Furnace Lining Material in Medium Frequency Induction Furnace

介绍了石英砂的粒度配比,炉衬的制作、预热和烧结工艺。为延长中频感应炉炉衬寿命,采用优质水晶石英砂取代普通石英砂;选用硼矸代替硼酸作为粘结剂,避免硼酸在炉衬内部引起蜂窝状气孔。实际使用表明:改进后的炉衬寿命明显延长,达到原寿命的3倍以上。

In order to enhance lining service life of medium frequency induction furnace, high quality crystal quartz sand was adopted to displaced the normal quartz sand, boron gangue was adopted as the binder to replace the boric acid to avoid the latter causing honeycombed blowhole inside the furnace lining.
