摘要
为了更好地实现办学和育人的双重目标,独立学院学生工作应遵循"以人为本"的基本原则;但因为对"以人为本"的理解有所偏差,学生工作往往不尽人意。解决学生工作中存在的问题,关键就在于真正认识、理解、掌握"以人为本"的科学内涵,从促进学生全面发展的角度出发开展学生工作。
For the dual goals of bettering school-running and improving student quality,Independent Colleges adhere to the basic principle of "people-oriented" education.Due to deviated understanding of the principle,however,the management of student affairs is far from satisfactory.In order to improve the situation,we must manage to grasp the scientific concept of the principle in our work to improve all-round development of students.
