摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法,测定14种常用饲料原料中铅、铜、锌、锰含量,样品前处理分别采用改良HNO3-HClO4湿法消化和国家标准(GB/13086-91)样品干灰化处理方法。结果表明:2种前处理方法无显著差异,与国家标准法测定结果相比,湿法消化的RSD较小,且RSD<3%,其精确度和准确度较好,多次加标回收率均为97.04%~101.46%(而干法消化回收率为87.91%~96.77%),从而建立火焰原子吸收光谱测定饲料及其原料样品微量元素的样品湿消化处理方法。
Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(flame AAS) was applied to determine the content of Pb,Cu,Zn,Mn in fourteen kinds of common raw feedstuff,which were pretreated by wet digestion with HNO3-HClO4,and the results were compared with that of cineration pretreatment recommended in the National Standard GB/13086-91.No distinct difference was found in the two methods,yet comparatively the RSD in the wet digestion was lower(RSD<3%),which implied a better accuracy.The recovery rate of wet digestion was bet...
