Determination of Lead and Cadmium in the Tripterygium wilfordii Hook by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 用火焰原子吸收光谱法对雷公藤中的Pb和Cd进行了分析测定.结果显示,用HNO3和H2O2(5:2)混合作消解液处理样品,精密度与回收率较好.检出限分别为0.25μg·mL-1和0.036μg.mL-1,RSD为2.5%和3.7%(n=5),回收率为97%和101%对Pb和Cd. Cadmium and lead in the Tripterygium wilfordii Hook were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the RSD and recovery were better if the Tripterygium wilfordii Hook was digested with mixture of HNO3 and H2O2 (5:2). The experimental results showed the limits of detection were 0.25 μg.mL-1 and 0.036 μg.mL-1, The relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2.5% and 3.7%(n=5), the recoveries were 97% and 101% respectively for lead and cadmium.
