法制是征信体系建设的基础,但我国的征信体系立法建设较为滞后,已不能适应我国征信行业快速发展的需要,因此,必须加快我国征信立法进程。比较美国、欧洲征信立法的内容和特点,根据我国征信立法的现状及存在的主要问题,提出我国征信立法建设的建议。
