饮用水深度处理中膜清洗方式的研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过研究连续微滤装置运行及清洗后的跨膜压差(TMP),对装置的物理及化学清洗工艺进行了优化。结果表明:在完成物理清洗后的最初几个水力清洗周期内,采用1.0min+0.5min和1.5min+0.5min这两种清洗方式的效果相差不大,但在6个水力清洗周期后,1.5min+0.5min反冲洗方式下的TMP明显低于1.0min+0.5min的,前者运行期间的TMP平均为110kPa,而后者为112kPa,比前者高出约1.8%。采用小化学清洗时,建议采用先碱洗后酸洗的方式,周期为24h,清洗液的浓度均为300~400mg/L,在水质较好的情况下,可以适当延长酸洗周期。 The physical and chemical cleaning methods for continuous microfiltration devices were optimized through the research on the TMP. The results show that in the several initial hydraulic cleaning cycles after the physical cleaning,the effect of 1.0 min+0.5 min and 1.5 min+0.5 min cleaning methods is similar,but after 6 hydraulic cleaning cycles,TMP of the 1.5 min+0.5 min cleaning method is lower than that of the 1.0 min+0.5 min method,the average TMP of the former is 110 kPa,and that of the latter is 112 kPa ...
