Design of Physicochemical Treatment Process of Wastewater from Tile Production

某墙地砖厂综合废水含有高浓度SS和SO42-,采用混合、絮凝、沉淀、压力过滤等物化工艺处理,运行结果表明,出水SS平均浓度仅为51 mg/L,去除率高达97.7%;出水SO42-平均浓度为1.0 mg/L,去除率为99.5%,系统出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。

The wastewater from one tile production factory has high concentration SS and SO2-4.The physicochemical processes such as mixing,coagulation,sedimentation and pressure filtration were used to treat the wastewater.The operation results show that the average SS and SO2-4 concentrations in the effluent are 51 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L,and the removal rates are 97.7% and 99.5% respectively.The effluent quality meets the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
