摘要
用固相萃取与高效液相色谱相结合的方法测定给水系统中微量诺氟沙星的含量。考察了C18小柱的最佳洗脱条件,并且根据出峰时间选择了最佳的色谱条件:流动相为0.01 mol/L的磷酸二氢钠(用磷酸调节pH值至2.4)/甲醇,比例为70∶30(V/V),温度为20℃,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为272 nm。诺氟沙星浓度在5~200 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好。加标回收率平均值为100.5%~101.5%,RSD为2.3%~5.8%(n=6)。采用该方法测定了实际水源水和自来水厂混凝出水,操作简单,结果准确。
