Effects of Different Fruiting Ways on the Yield and Quality in Pleurotus nebrodensis

对 8种不同出菇方式白灵菇产量和质量的研究结果表明 :不同的出菇方式对白灵菇的出菇时间、菇形、色泽、大小等均有较大的影响。覆土栽培会延迟出菇时间 ,且子实体商品性状差 ;不同方式间生物学效率存在较大差异。综合分析表明 ,双排袋泥垛式出菇及双向卧式出菇是白灵菇最理想的出菇方式。

Studies with eight ways of fruiting showed that different ways of fruiting all produced greeter effect on fruiting time, shape of fruiting body, colour and size of Pleurotus nebrodensis Soil sealing culture could result in delaying fruiting time and reducing quality.There were greater difference on biological efficiency between different ways.The idealest ways of fruiting are both pilling mode of stuffing soils within two range bags and horizontal mode of stacking untied bags in two entremity.
