电网建设补偿方案与教育水平的关系调研

Investigation and Analysis of the Relationship between the Compensation Schemes for Power Grid Construction and Education Level

目前电网建设受阻现象越来越严重,电网建设政策处理已经成为电网建设的重要环节之一,针对电网建设这一公益事业建设补偿,从当地居民受教育程度和对其电网建设补偿意愿的选择影响着手进行了实地调查分析。全面考虑电网建设内容涉及到的当地居民补偿选择意愿,依据教育程度将当地居民划分为不同群体,对不同教育程度群体从电网建设5个方面的补偿选择意愿进行了具体分析,认为一方面提高当地居民的文化水平教育程度,有利于增强其对国家电网建设政策的理解程度,减少电网建设中的冲突行为。另一方面对受教育程度较高群体,应在解决冲突的过程中充分体现执法过程的合理性,努力使冲突在双方协商的情况下得到圆满解决。
