摘要
用原位聚合法合成了环丙沙星分子印迹整体柱并考察了不同功能单体与流动相中水含量对环丙沙星保留性能的影响。另外,实验还对动物血浆中的环丙沙星及其结构类似物进行了分离。结果表明,在最优条件下,环丙沙星与诺氟沙星的分离度Rs=4.64,环丙沙星与左氧氟沙星的分离度Rs=2.4,分离效果好,可以用于生物样品中喹诺酮类药物的残留分析。
The ciprofloxacin molecularly imprinted monolithic columns were synthesized by in-site polymerization.The effects of different functional monomers and the content of water in mobile phase on the separation were systematically investigated.And the prepared molecularly imprinted monolithic columns were applied to the separation of the ciprofloxacin from its analogues in animal plasma.The results show that under the optimized conditions the resolution of norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin is 4.64,and the resolution...
