摘要
在碱性介质中,奋乃静对鲁米诺-K3Fe(CN)6发光体系有明显的增敏作用,且增敏效果与其浓度呈良好的线性关系。基于上述特点,建立了流动注射化学发光分析法测定奋乃静,并对其化学发光反应机理进行了讨论。在优化的实验条件下,奋乃静的线性范围为1.0×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L,检出限(3σ)为3×10-9mol/L。方法可用于相应片剂的分析。
In the NaOH solution,perphenazine could obviously sensitize the chemiluminesence (CL) intensity to the reaction of luminol with potassium ferricyanide,and the sensitized CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of perphenazine.Based on these observations,a new flow injection chemiluminesence method was developed.The proposed method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,and high speed.Under the optimized conditions,the linear range was 1.0×10-8~2.0×10-6 mol/L;the detection limit w...
