摘要
建立了基于ANSYS的钻杆参数化有限元仿真模型,对钻柱的整体受力情况进行了有限元仿真分析,运用ANSYS软件中结构静力学分析模块,对钻柱在减压和加压两种回转钻进过程中的整体受力情况进行了分析,说明了钻柱的整体受力过程及特点,并总结了浅井和深井两种情况下钻杆柱应力分布的一般规律。
In this article,the FEA simulation model parametrically based on ANSYS for drill pipe has been set up, the finite element simulation analysis for whole loading conditionand the torsional vibration,using the structurestatics analysis module of ANSYS software,analyzes the whole power condition of the drill stringduring the two turning drilling: decompression and adding pressure,explains its whole powerprocess and characteristics,concludes its general rules of stress distribution.
