Study on Key Technology about the Quickly Check for CAD Model Quality and Standard

针对实际应用中如何控制CAD模型标准以提高产品设计制造质量的问题,研究提出了基于任务角色的结构框架思想,并完成与CAD平台无关的中性检查规则模型的建立,通过平台映射机制映射到具体CAD平台,开发出具有权限合理和符合中国工程设计人员使用习惯的CAD模型质量和标准检查系统。同时针对UGNX平台开发了检查系统,通过实例验证了思想方法的有效性和检查系统的实用性。

In view of the practical application of how to control the standardization of CAD model in order to improve the product quality of design and manufacture,a frame and thinking based on Task & Role was proposed and the model of CAD platform-independent neutral checker was completed.
