颅脑重症损伤病人早期肠内营养的应用 被引量：3

Application of early enteral nutrition support in patients with severe brain trauma

摘要 目的探讨对颅脑重症病人的营养支持效果。方法将32例颅脑重症损伤病人随机分为早期肠内营养支持(EEN)组和延迟肠内营养支持(DEN)组各16例。EEN组入院后给予肠外营养支持(PN),早期24 h内给予肠内营养支持(EN)。DEN组伤后立即给予PN支持,72 h后根据情况给予EN支持。在入院第1天和第7天监测病人的营养指标。结果入院时2组患者营养指标无显著差异,治疗7 d后2组患者营养指标均下降,EEN组白蛋白明显高于DEN组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑重症损伤患者早期进行均衡EN支持治疗,可改善患者的营养状况,降低感染的发生率。 Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition support in severe brain trauma patients.Methods 48 cases of severe brain trauma patients were divided into early enteral nutrition group(EEN)and delayed enteral nutrition group(DEN) randoml.EEN group received PN after injury and received enteral nutrition diet within 24h from onset.DEN group received PN after injury and received enteral nutrition diet after 72 h.The levels of nutritional parameters were assessed at the 1 st day and the 14th day aft...
