摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法,测量学生最大握力,并以最大握力的1/2及1/3进行复制,对所获数据进行常规统计学处理。结果表明,感觉能力的好与差与性别、学生的自觉锻炼程度、课程的安排以及参加运动训练的时间年限等因素有着密切联系。建议学校的教学内容安排上针对男女之间的性别差异区别对待,教学方法和教学手段上应根据学生的感觉能力给予相应的配合、刺激,从而达到良好的教学训练效果。
